A: KINLYDIY is a handmade craft brand dedicated to helping you preserve life's most precious milestones. We create easy-to-use, professional-quality DIY kits—such as family handprint art and custom-named shadow boxes—allowing you to turn fleeting memories into beautiful, tactile home decor.
A: Absolutely. Your family’s safety is our top priority. All paints included in our kits are 100% non-toxic, skin-safe, hypoallergenic, and water-based. They wash off easily from skin with just warm water and mild soap.
A: Yes! Every KINLYDIY kit is a complete, all-in-one package. You won't need to buy any extra supplies.
Customization & Orders
A: Because many of our products involve custom printing or handcrafted elements, we begin preparing your order quickly. If you need to change custom text or cancel an order, please contact us at support@kinlydiy.com within 24 hours of purchase. Once production has begun, we can no longer make changes.
A: Please double-check your spelling at checkout! If you notice an error, email us immediately with your order number and the correct spelling. If the item has not entered the production stage, we will gladly fix it for you.
Shipping & Delivery
A: Because we craft our personalized elements with care, the total delivery time includes production:
Order Processing: 1–3 business days.
Handcrafted Production: 5–10 business days.
Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days (Expedited: 5–10 business days).
A: Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping rates and options will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Returns & Refunds
A: Due to the personalized nature of custom handprint kits and custom shadow boxes, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for "change of mind" once the item has been produced or shipped.
A: We take great care in packaging our delicate shadow boxes and frames, but accidents can happen during transit. If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item/packaging. We will immediately arrange a free replacement or refund for you.
