RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Kinlydiy, we take great pride in our handmade DIY Handprint Art kits and custom crafts. We want you to love your purchase! If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help with a fair, straightforward, and transparent return process.

1. 14-DAY RETURN WINDOW
You have 14 days from the date you receive your package to request a return or exchange for eligible items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same brand-new condition that you received it, with its original packaging.

2. HOW OUR CUSTOM CRAFTS ARE HANDLED
Because we care deeply about product fairness, our items are categorized into two types:
  • Standard (Non-Customized) DIY Kits: Fully eligible for a return or exchange within our 14-day window if you simply change your mind.
  • Customized / Personalized Items: Because these items are uniquely crafted and permanently personalized with your specific names, dates, or initials, they cannot be resold to anyone else. Therefore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for personalized items due to a simple change of mind.
  • Our Ironclad Guarantee: If your custom item arrives damaged, defective, or with any crafting/printing error on our part, we will gladly ship a brand-new replacement to you 100% free of charge, or issue a full refund. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
3. TRANSPARENT RETURN FEES & METHOD
  • Return Method: All returns must be sent By Mail.
  • Return Shipping Cost: If you are returning a standard item due to a change of mind (customer remorse), you will be responsible for obtaining and paying for your own return shipping label. If the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong item), we will cover all shipping costs or send a free replacement without requiring a return.
  • Restocking Fees: $0.00. We strictly do not charge any restocking or handling fees for returns.
4. OUR PHYSICAL RETURN ADDRESS
To ensure your returned item is tracked and processed without delay, all authorized returns must be shipped directly to our designated return center:

5. STEP-BY-STEP RETURN PROCESS
  1. Contact Us: Send an email to support@kinlydiy.com within 14 days of delivery. Please include your Order Number and a brief note about why you wish to return the item (with clear photos if it arrived damaged).
  2. Ship It Back: Securely pack the item and mail it to our physical return address listed above. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  3. Get Reimbursed: Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will process your 100% full refund back to your original payment method within 2 to 3 business days.
