To estimate when you will receive your custom order, please use the following formula:
Standard shipping: $8.99 (Free shipping over $69.00)
Handling time:1-3 business days. Transit time: 7-15 business days. Total estimated delivery time: 8-18 business days.
Expedited Shipping: $23.99
Handling time:1-3 business days. Transit time: 5-8 business days. Total estimated delivery time: 6-11 business days.
No taxes will be charged to our customers. All tax expenses are fully covered by KINLYDIY.
Once your order has been crafted and handed over to our logistics partners, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email. We primarily use USPS (United States Postal Service) for our standard deliveries. However, depending on your location and the shipping method selected, we may also partner with other reliable carriers such as UPS, DHL Express, or FedEx to ensure your package arrives as quickly as possible.

Correct Address Requirement:
It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. We are unable to redirect packages or issue refunds for items delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check around your property or contact your local post office first. KINLYDIY is not responsible for packages stolen or misplaced after confirmed delivery, but we will gladly assist you with the carrier investigation.
