We are a legally registered business entity. All information you provide to us during checkout—including your email, billing address, and payment details—must be accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for keeping your account details secure.

2. PRODUCTS & ACCURATE REPRESENTATION
We do our best to display the true colors and textures of our custom crafts. However, because different screens display colors differently, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will perfectly match the actual product. We reserve the right to limit order quantities or discontinue any product if necessary, but we will always keep our inventory data as accurate as possible.

3. ORDERS & FAIR CANCELLATION POLICY
When you place an order, we will send you a confirmation email. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at support@kinlydiy.com within 24 hours of placement. Once an order enters the custom production or shipping stage, cancellations cannot be accommodated, but your purchase will remain fully covered by our Refund Policy. If we must cancel or modify an order from our end, we will notify you immediately via email or phone.

4. TRANSPARENT PRICING & NO HIDDEN FEES
The price you see at checkout is the final price you will pay. All prices are clearly listed, and any applicable shipping fees or taxes will be displayed transparently before you complete your purchase. There are absolutely no hidden charges, registration fees, or surprise processing costs.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY PROMISE
We partner with reliable global carriers to deliver your crafts safely. While estimated delivery times are accurate under normal circumstances, we are not responsible for delays caused by custom inspections or natural events. If your package is lost or severely damaged during transit, please contact us immediately, and we will work with you to provide a replacement or refund.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All original text, graphics, images, logos, and custom craft designs displayed on Kinlydiy belong to us or our content creators. You are welcome to save these for personal, non-commercial use, but reproducing or selling our brand assets without written permission is strictly prohibited.
